I'm the Global Head of Customer Success at Asana.

Prior to joining Asana, I used Asana from 2011-2018 to build the global health nonprofit Possible (www.possiblehealth.org) as the founding CEO. I've been using Asana every work day since 2011.

Our Customer Success team empowers customers to adopt and realize value with Asana. As part of our focus, we run the Asana for Nonprofits program.

I enjoy coaching other leaders on how to implement Asana across their organization -- particularly on how to get buy-in and use the tool to make sure your team is aligned from the high-level mission and objectives all the way down to individual tasks (what we call "the Pyramid of Clarity" https://wavelength.asana.com/pyramid-clarity-strategic-alignment/).

The Customer Success team empowers customers to adopt and realize value with Asana. As part of his focus on Asana's customers, Mark oversees the Asana for Nonprofits program, which provides affordable access to Asana’s technology and services for nonprofit organizations that do good in the world.

Prior to joining Asana, Mark used Asana as a founding CEO to build Possible, a nonprofit healthcare company that builds integrated healthcare delivery models to improve care for underserved communities. Under Mark's leadership, Possible provided over 640,000 patient treatments, grew to 340 people, and raised over $30 million to develop an integrated, hospital-to-home healthcare system in Nepal. The organization has been ranked as a Top Charity by The Life You Can Save every year since 2014. Mark was named a 2015 Social Entrepreneur of the Year by the Schwab Foundation / World Economic Forum, a 2014 Forbes 30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneur, and is a member of the 2015 NYC Venture Fellow class.
