Asana Best Practices, Goal Tracking, Operational Process Improvement, Time Management

Customer Experience Lead, Asana

I'm a Customer Advocacy Lead at Asana. I have spent the majority of my time at Asana working on projects that connect customers with the right resources at the right time in their journey to succeed at using Asana with their teams. Prior to working at Asana, I worked as a project manager for various tech, sports & entertainment, and healthcare companies. As an Asana Advisor, I can help you with projects related to organization, purposeful work, time management, getting started with Asana, convention setting, goal tracking, and operational process improvement.

I’m excited to help nonprofits with their Asana projects! I’m passionate about organization, teamwork, finding purpose, living meaningfully, and protecting the environment. I enjoy participating in volunteering activities that give back to my community, and most recently, I had the joy of working with 826 Valencia, Pie Ranch, and Girls on the Run in the Bay Area. I also try to contribute through annual donations to organizations I love such as the Sierra Club, Amnesty International, and SF Friends of the Public Library, and I intend to do more in the future to support my local community.

I most often find my flow state when I am organizing anything and everything from projects in Asana, to the sock drawer in my closet. I am an avid time tracker and also like to run personal quantified-self experiments. I believe focus and prioritization are the keys to purposeful work, and I ruthlessly track and prioritize my own work to make sure the most meaningful projects are moving forward.

In my free time, I like to get my hands dirty and get outside through hobbies such as hiking, camping, gardening, jogging and playing with my dog. My proudest accomplishment was finishing my second marathon at my target pace after 9 months of training, and my most recent adventure was backpacking in Scotland for 9 days covering 1,200 miles of beautiful countryside.

I am very intentional about where I spend my time and money, and I try to make as much as I can from scratch through cooking, baking, and sewing. Most recently, I’ve sewn my wedding dress and helped my fiancee build a custom bed frame with curtained cubbies for extra storage. My favorite things to cook right now are fresh pasta, fresh tortillas for tacos, and chocolate-dipped shortbread cookies. I also love drinking tea and eating scones, but I haven’t yet mastered my scone recipe.

I’m excited to work with you, and happy to chat about scones, hikes, or organization tips any day.
