I'm a Customer Success Manager at Asana. I have spent the majority of my time at Asana working with customers learning how to use Asana and with customers looking to optimize their workflows. Prior to working at Asana, I worked as a consultant for an e-commerce company and for an HR application. As an Asana Advisor, I can help you with setting up your organization for success or work with you to refine your current processes.
I’m excited to help nonprofits with their Asana projects! In the past 2-ish years at Asana, I've worked with hundreds of teams to get them up and running in Asana. I specialize in creating and leading basics trainings for teams of all sizes. Before Asana, I worked on outsourcing customer support for an e-commerce company, Wish, and also worked as a sales consultant at Oracle for their HCM application, Taleo. With this background, I've learned how to customize experiences to fit all types of customers and am excited to put this practice into helping you with Asana!
Outside of work, I'm passionate about the environment and the animals in it. I love to get out as much as possible whether it's backpacking through Desolation Wilderness or snowboarding down Heavenly mountain.
