Sara is the Head of Customer Journey at Asana and especially enjoys working with customers (and Asanas!) to support successful learning experiences with technology.

As an Asana advisor, I can help you with projects related to onboarding your team, getting started, and translating your existing work ecosystem into Asana.


When working at Asana, Sara has been focused on providing our customer-facing teams with the strategy, tools, and data they need to help our customers thrive. She has spent the majority of my time at Asana working to improve the quality and diversity of the customer success offerings and ensure customers who love Asana continue to use and grow with the tool.

Prior to working at Asana, she worked in education and helped start an educational technology start-up. Today, she volunteers in admissions for educational non-profits in San Francisco in addition to curriculum development work and is passionate about providing access to a quality education for all students.
