Working as a customer success professional in SaaS for the last 5 years of my career has been amazing. I started my career at the Zigbee Alliance working with companies such as Amazon and Philips to advance the IoT. From there I moved to Samsara as a Customer Success Manager. My journey then brought me to Asana and I couldn't be happier.

I love training customers on new technology, especially Asana. Asana was built to be easy to learn, but that doesn't mean people won't have questions or need help getting started. I live for the "ah-ha" moment customers have when it all clicks. I always work to get my customers what they need.
