I'm a User Operations Specialist at Asana. I have spent the majority of my time at Asana unblocking users and offering technical support. Prior to working at Asana, I worked in customer support and claims in the travel industry.
As an Asana Advisor I can help you and your organization get started with Asana, let you in on some of our in-house and best practices and also assist with any technical support issues you might run into along the way!
I’m super excited to help nonprofits get the most out of Asana so they can leave behind the work about work and make progress on what matters.
Working with and unblocking Asana users on a daily basis, I really understand the pain points that different types of Organisations experience and I strive to help these teams overcome this. Supporting the world’s teams in excelling towards their mission while using Asana brings me great pride, in both our product and these teams that do good in our communities.
I’m passionate about environmental sustainability, gender equality, women's empowerment and diversity. I'm also a member of our Asana Women employee resource group in EMEA. When I’m not working, I’m usually reading up on Linguistics or Psychology.
