How it works | Asana advisors

Consultations with advisors are available exclusively for members of the "Asana for Nonprofits" program. To join, visit the Asana for Nonprofit website, select the country you're registered in and apply via Techsoup. Once approved, you'll have access to an annual premium or business plan at 50% off and have the ability to schedule free consultation meetings with Asana advisors!

Asana advisors can help you get started with Asana, find the best way to set up projects for your team, or troubleshoot work you have underway. Search for an advisor by keyword or subject to find the best match. When you contact an advisor, please provide a description of what you hope to achieve during your meeting.

After you contact an Asana advisor, they’ll send you three potential meeting times. Select the date and time that is best for you, and your advisor will confirm your meeting. Once confirmed, you and your advisor will receive each other's contact information via email to arrange logistics for your meeting.

Each meeting is one hour long. To get the most out of your time with an advisor, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with Asana basics. Just complete this Asana Academy course or connect with fellow nonprofit customers at the Asana for Nonprofits Community Forum

Your meeting will take place over Google hangouts or by phone. Your advisor will work with you to understand your needs and how they can help. Meetings are designed to be completed within the hour you have together. You and your advisor should agree to any follow-up actions or additional conversations. In some instances, it may make sense to schedule another meeting with a different advisor.
